Dance Exhibit
Dance Exhibit was a site specific performance created by Lauren Simpson for the Minnesota Street Project in San Francisco in May, 2019.
As the sound artist, I was very excited to use the natural acoustics of the building and the physical structure itself to produce sound, via bass shakers placed on the steel pillars of the building. This turned the pillars themselves into resonating audio speakers which I used alongside the surround sound Meyer speaker system.
